The EM-4000 is Halm’s state-of-the-art four-color press. With speeds of up to 30,000 impressions per hour, we can run documents up to 9" x 15 3/4". Now the most demanding registration jobs (including four-color process), with quick turnaround and affordable pricing, not a problem.  

 

Up to Four Spot Color envelopes (non-process)

Our four-color Halm Jet offset envelope presses give us the ability to print three and four spot colors in one pass. As a result, we can register up to four colors with absulutly no problem. We also benefit from the high speeds and quick makereadies of our other Halm Jets. A summary of the advantages of printing three and four spot colors at Leafa Printing:

Four Color Process Envelopes

Since 2015, when we installed our first four-color Halm EM4000 Jet offset envelope press, we have worked hard to perfect the techniques of printing four-color process on pre-converted envelopes. The benefits of printing your four-color process envelopes at Leafa Printing include:

  • Will match printed samples (on comparable stocks) 
  • Turnaround as quick as a few days on stock envelopes
